Missed Appointments

If you are unable to attend an appointment you have scheduled, please let us know so that we can spend that time with one of our other patients. A charge is made for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Childrens Appointments

Childrens regular checkup appointments are often scheduled after school hours which is fine. When treatment is required though, we find that our younger patients are much happier earlier in the day, definitely before midday. As this can prove difficult we try to keep time during school holiday periods prioritised for children.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

Though dentistry has come a long way towards being much more humane in recent years for the patient, it still looks pretty offputting to the casual observer,especially children. So for their sake we ask that you DO NOT bring children to your treatment appointments, especially Hygienist appointments which involve sights and noises that children often find disturbing, unless you can also bring along someone to stay in the reception area and supervise them. This also allows us to give you our undivided attention: We're sure you wouldn't want to be treated by a distracted dentist!
