Our dental practice has established itself amongst the local community and now provides dental services to thousands of people every year.
We know as well as anyone that your smile is one of the most noticeable and memorable features of your face. That is why the whole dental team at the practice work hard to provide you and other patients with the very best dental healthcare possible. We appreciate that not everyone would put Dentistry at the top of their "favourite things to do list" so we work hard at trying to put you at your ease too; after all, if we can't find a way for you feel comfortable and confident seeing us regularly, we aren't going to achieve much are we!
So, if you are seeking treatment or advice, or looking to become a member of our dental practice, do please contact us. Call us, email us.. or just pop in and say hello!
And please.... it REALLY doesn't matter how long ago you last saw a dentist!!
Patient Safety Charter
We take patient safety very seriously in this practice and aim to ensure that incidents affecting patient safety directly and indirectly are kept to a minimum at all times. No matter how careful people are with the work that they undertake, mistakes can sometimes happen – the best people sometimes make the worst mistakes. Within our practice we encourage everyone to report mistakes and near misses as soon as possible so that action can be taken promptly. If you would like to see a full copy of our charter please contact the practice
If a patient makes a complaint, we deal with the matter courteously and promptly so that it is resolved as quickly as possible, in the way that we would like our own concerns handled. Our procedure is based on these objectives.
We have an effective complaints system in place to ensure that receiving, recording, handling and response to any comments, observations and complaints occurs within a strict timetable which is clearly documented.
Our complaints system is clearly displayed and all patients and visitors can be confident that they will be listened and responded to without fear of discrimination.
